No. Every product is a one-time purchase. Your profile, memorial page, or QR tag link is hosted permanently with no recurring charges. You pay once, it lives forever.

Everything is built by Mark "Bear" Vázquez — the founder. This isn't a faceless platform with automated outputs. When you order, Bear personally handles your research, your page, and your delivery. You're working with a real person who cares about getting it right.

The Heritage Book is a 5-part package: (1) a printed hardcover book with your family's documented history, (2) a permanent QR-linked digital profile page, (3) a 4-week Culture Learning Guide with music, films, food, and archive links, (4) an Ancestor's Eyes narrative written from your ancestor's perspective, and (5) historical archive images sourced from public records. One price covers everything.

We dig into archives — FamilySearch, the Library of Congress, Chronicling America, regional databases, and more. We trace surnames through immigration records, census documents, parish records, and historical newspapers. The deeper the trail, the richer the book. Every book is different because every family is different.

We source everything from documented archives and always note what's confirmed vs. what's oral tradition. No family history is 100% complete — some branches have deeper records than others. We tell you exactly what we found and where we found it. You'll know what's fact and what's legend.

The research and writing takes 5–10 business days. Once your book is approved, it prints through our print partner and ships to you. Total time from order to delivery is typically 2–3 weeks. Your digital profile goes live within 5–7 business days.

Yes. Your intake form information is used only to build your book and profile. We don't sell data. We don't share names with third parties. What you share with us stays between us.

Your pet gets a QR tag on their collar. Anyone who scans it goes directly to their permanent profile page — photos, their name, microchip info, your contact details, their story. If they ever get lost, whoever finds them can scan the tag and know exactly who to call. And when they pass, the page becomes their memorial — it never goes away.

The $24.99 tag is a standard QR tag on a durable engraved disc. The $49.99 Premium Tag includes an AirTag holder — so you can slide in an Apple AirTag for real-time GPS tracking in addition to the QR profile. Same profile, same permanent page. One tag just adds live tracking capability.

Yes. A portion of every pet tag sale supports local rescue organizations we partner with, including Underdog Heroes in the Central Coast area. The more tags sold, the more rescue support.

A weatherproof memorial plaque with a permanently embedded QR code, plus a custom digital memorial page for your loved one. Visitors at the grave scan the code and are taken to a full tribute — their photo, their story, a tribute message, family connections. The plaque is built to last outdoors for decades.

Our plaques are designed to meet standard cemetery requirements, but we always recommend checking with your specific cemetery about their policies before ordering. If you have questions about installation, we'll help you figure it out.
